Since starting with me in 1998, Wendy has headed up the team, supervising and implementing all the necessary steps once a listing has been secured. In addition, Wendy is in charge of all of our management information systems, record keeping, financials, appointment scheduling, as well as assisting in the preparation of market analyses and sale files for closing .

Meet Lisa Magnolo-Hanschen
Looking for someone special to help you find your Dream Home? Let Alex's wife Lisa help you. To begin with, Lisa brings a great deal of sales experience with her. She has been in Sales and Marketing Management for over 10 years. She knows people, and best of all, she knows how to listen. She will listen to what you are looking for and get to work to help you find that "perfect home". When listing your property, Lisa will also help you stage your home - to show your home in its best light. After all, the first impression is the most important. When you are selling your home, you want it to look its very best!
An avid Equestrian, Lisa has been involved with horses for many years. Dressage is her riding discipline of choice, and she breeds and raises Baroque Sport Horses at the farm she shares with Alex and her Mother Dee. They currently have seven horses at Bella Luna Ranch. Being animal lovers in general, they also have three Miniature Yorkshire Terriers, two labs, and two barn cats. This knowledge of horses and animals gives Lisa a special edge in finding and selling Equestrian Properties.
Lisa is also a dog lover, and has two Miniature Yorkshire Terriers named Billie and Nina.
